Snow

It's been snowing in our area on and off, although today it really hit us. These are a two photos I took of snow in my backyard:



Some snow falling in our backyard during the night a little less than a week ago. All of it pretty much disappeared the next morning.



I took this one this morning. The snow had been falling since last night, and obviously this one is not going to be disappearing anytime soon. In fact, we are supposed to be getting even more snow mid-week!

These are a few photos I recently took:



This is my cats' new "nursery". The blankets in the last photo were my sister's, and she had to take them back to her dorm (washed, of course), so my mom and I brought new ones for only $1 each! My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy, but my cats are my babies :)



I took this one today of a historic place near my house called The Three Arches. This is the same building as the one in the B&W photo I took a few years ago shown at the beginning of this blog.



This is the sign of the building. It states it was established in 1684, but I read it was 1712... oh well. Hmm-- wonder if it's haunted?

Another one of the squirrel. Like this one better as more detail is visible, color is better, and more of the squirrel's face is showing. I wish the branch that cuts across its ear wasn't there, but that was the best I could do.
